tk1k Terms & Conditions

To register and use the tk1k platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk1k does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, and registration by a minor is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Accounts held or operated by agents, nominee arrangements, or any form of third-party control are strictly prohibited.

tk1k reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure, with balances withheld pending verification.

Each player may register only one account on tk1k. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. When you register your account, you agree to the following:

• All registration information provided must be accurate and complete. You must notify tk1k immediately if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number or payment method.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. tk1k will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your account may only be used by you personally. Allowing another person to access or operate your account is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension.
• KYC verification may be required at any stage. This may include submitting a copy of your national identity card (NID), proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation as reasonably requested by tk1k.

tk1k processes all personal data collected during registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to this processing. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transaction resolution.

3.1 Deposits

All deposits to your tk1k account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit, however unusually large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures.
• Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. tk1k does not accept cash deposits, bank cheques, or deposits made through third-party accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Deposits are credited to your playing balance in real time in normal circumstances. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, you must contact support with your transaction reference number.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified account details. tk1k will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for a prior deposit on the same account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5 minutes to a supported mobile wallet. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• tk1k reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where KYC documentation has not been completed satisfactorily.

tk1k offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladeshi calendar events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement, or claimed in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly permitted.
• tk1k reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, including where abuse or exploitation of the offer is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus winnings voided.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Unused free spins cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be carried forward beyond the stated expiry period.

All games available on the tk1k platform — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are made available within each game interface. In addition to individual game rules, the following platform-wide fair play conditions apply to all players:

• All RNG-based games use independently certified random number generators with published RTP percentages. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any factor other than the certified RNG.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from regulated studios. tk1k has no control over live game outcomes, which are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by professional dealers under studio supervision.
• Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of the relevant sporting event as reported by the official governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, tk1k will refer to the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority.
• Any malfunction of the Platform's software that causes an incorrect game outcome or payout will render the affected bet void. tk1k reserves the right to correct any errors in game results or payouts caused by a technical malfunction, including recovering any amounts incorrectly credited to a player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk1k platform. A breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share card information in live poker or blackjack games, or otherwise manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process funds derived from criminal activity, or circumvent any applicable financial regulations or sanctions.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or misconfiguration in the Platform that results in an unintended financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Registering multiple accounts, using false identity information, impersonating another person, or creating an account on behalf of a third party.

tk1k employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, tk1k will act without prior notice to the player. Decisions on account closure and balance forfeiture in cases of prohibited conduct are final.

tk1k is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: you may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit from your account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: you may set a notification to alert you after a specified period of continuous play. This reminder does not automatically end your session but prompts you to review your activity.
• Self-exclusion: you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

tk1k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of this right, tk1k may take such action in the following circumstances:

• Where a player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Clause 6 above.
• Where tk1k has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player's account is being used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Where a player has self-excluded and attempts to register a new account or circumvent their self-exclusion in any way.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, all balances held in the account (including bonus balances and pending withdrawals) may be forfeited. Where account closure results from tk1k's own business decision and not from a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1k's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• tk1k does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect Platform availability. tk1k shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime or interruptions.
• tk1k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial loss beyond the amount actually deposited and lost by you on the Platform.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tk1k's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

tk1k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the contact details held on their account, but it is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
